What are the trial limits and refund terms?
The 14-day trial includes up to 500 minutes of live call handling — shown before you sign up. If you reach the trial cap, calls keep coming: we text you and transfer them to your phone, the same “text + transfer” behavior as a paid plan. Nothing is billed during the trial, and there’s one trial per business and phone number. Annual plans are refundable in full within 30 days of purchase (non-refundable after day 30). Do spam or hang-ups use my minutes?
No. Spam, robocalls, silent calls, and calls ending within 15 seconds do not count. Every exclusion is visible in the call log.
Are there hidden overage fees?
No. At the cap, the default is a text alert and transfer to your phone. $0.25/min overage requires explicit opt-in; it never turns on silently.
Contract and refunds?
Annual plans include a 14-day trial. You can request a full refund within 30 days of purchase; annual payments are non-refundable after day 30. Monthly plans can be canceled anytime, and paid monthly periods are non-refundable.
Can I keep my number?
Yes. Forward calls from your existing number; porting is optional.
