Terms

Trial. Each business and phone number may start one (1) trial of the service, lasting 14 days. The trial includes up to 500 minutes of call handling. When the trial minute cap is reached, incoming calls are transferred to the telephone number you designate and we notify you by text message. No fees are charged during the trial.

Refunds & Cancellation. Annual subscriptions are refundable in full within thirty (30) days of the purchase date; after thirty (30) days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable. Monthly subscriptions may be canceled at any time and will not renew; the then-current paid billing period is non-refundable. All refunds are issued to the original payment method. Refund and cancellation terms are displayed to you before checkout.

Billing transparency. The minutes stated in your plan are the minutes you get. Spam calls, robocalls, unanswered calls, and connected calls under 15 seconds are never counted. If you reach your plan cap, we notify you by text and transfer calls to your number; optional paid overage ($0.25/min) is off by default and, where enabled, requires standard or economy voice routing. No charge is ever applied without the behavior described here.
